Makes 2 pizzas
2 pizza crusts (premade)
1 dl tomato sauce (premade)
5 dl fresh chantarelles
1 white onin
1 pinch fresh thyme
1 tbsp butter
salt and pepper
100 – 150 g Västerbotten cheese or other strong cheese like fresh parmesan
Peel and slice the onion into thin slices. Clean the mushrooms. Chop the fresh thyme.
Heat up e pan and fry the onion and the mushrooms in the butter until golden. Add thyme and salt and pepper to taste.
Spread tomatosauce on the pizzacrust and top with grated cheese, Västerbotten or parmesan, and finally the sautéed mushrooms.
Bake in a hot oven 250 degrees celcius.
Serve with pickled onions and pickled ramsons or capers.
