Serves 4-6


500 g minced pork

2 white onions

½ tsp. ground allspice

½ tsp. ground black pepper

2 dl breadcrumbs

2 eggs

2-3 tsp. salt

2 dl milk

3-4 tbsp. butter


Peel and chop the onions finely.

In a bowl mix the chopped onions with the spices, breadcrumbs, eggs and milk. Allow to rest for 2 minutes before adding the minced meat.

Blend everything together using your hands.

Wet your hands with a little cold water and shape the mixture into small meatballs.

Fry in butter in a frying pan on medium heat.


Serve with lingonberry jam and mashed potatoes.
