Bleak Roe and smoked Whitefish

Serves 4


100 g Bleak Roe

100 q Whitefish Roe

4 Bleak fillets

100 g smoked Whitefish

1 red onion – finely chopped

150 g crème fraiche

1 tsp oil

Fresh dill for garnishing

12 small blinis

1 lemon


  1. In a hot frying pan, fry the Bleak fish fillets until crisp and salt to taste.
  2. Shape the different kinds of roe and crème fraiche into eggs using two spoons and place on a serving plate.

Place the Smoked White fish, the fried bleak fillets, some chopped onions and the blinis on the same plate and garnish with dill.
