Apples & Rosemary

Serves 4


3 apples, in wedges

3 tbsp butter

3 tbsp caster sugar

1 twig of rosemary

1 twig of lavender

3 tbsp thick cream

Marigold flowers and thinly sliced raw apple for garnish.


  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the cream, in a hot pan. Cook on high–medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Add the cream and continue to cook for 2 minutes.

Serve hot as it is or together with ice cream. Garnish with marigolds and thinly sliced apple.
